LST – Law School Tutor offers free law school exam tips. Below is a tip for law students to apply to a Torts exam:
Law school students should consider that the three express and implied warranties and strict liability mimic negligence in that they also require actual causation, proximate causation and damages.
In addition, law school students should consider that it is usually not enough to just determine on a law school exam that an individual is vicariously liable. Law school students should consider for what the individual is vicariously liable.
Finally, law school students should consider analyzing a negligence claim in several IRACs, as opposed to one IRAC.
